If you’re recovering from injury, Rehab classes are a fantastic way to improve the way your body moves and make it much less likely to have your injury come back again.
A rehabilitation (or rehab) class is an exercise class where you will build strength and control in the areas that have contributed to your injury. This will mean you achieve a complete recovery and make it much less likely to have your injury reoccur. Many people come us to because they are so fed up of suffering with the same issue over and over. Our Rehab classes are key to resolving this.
Rehab classes are suitable for anyone looking to rehabilitate or recover from injury, and you will typically be advised by your Physio when it is appropriate to start your Rehab classes.
Each class is specific to you and your individual needs. Your Rehab Therapist will develop an exercise programme that’s tailored to you, and during your 50 min class, you will be guided through your programme to build your strength, stability and control, and correct any underlying movement patterns that have caused or aggravated your injury. With just 3 participants per class, your instructor will always be on hand to make sure you’re using the right technique in a safe and controlled manner.
