What can I expect from my Strength & Movement programme?

  • You’ll start your Strength & Movement journey with a QuickStart programme which includes one 1:1 sessions (45min each) and 3 Strength & Movement classes (50 min each).
  • At your 1:1 session, we’ll get to know you, understand why you’ve joined a Strength & Movement programme and what you’d like to get out of it. From this, we’ll develop a bespoke Strength & Movement programme just for you, and get you started on your training.
  • The 1:1 session is there for you to communicate your needs and to give you close guidance and support to ensure you start your training on the right footing.
  • Your next 3 sessions will be in a class environment (maximum of 4 people per class), where you’ll be able to make the most of a more sociable and dynamic environment to progress with your training.
  • After qualifying from your QuickStart, you can either join one of our exciting classes or continue with 1:1s.
