If you are new to Forever Fit, you’ll start on a QuickStart programme which includes a 1:1 session with your instructor followed by 3 classes.
At your 1:1 session, we’ll get to know you and what you’d like to get out of your Forever Fit classes. We’ll explore your current level of fitness, physical ability and the areas you’d like to develop further so that we can focus on this as you move through your programme. You’ll get close guidance and support throughout to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.
Your next 3 sessions will be in a class environment (maximum of 8 people per class), where you’ll progress with a series of exercises to improve your strength, balance, mobility and cardiovascular health in a more sociable environment.
After qualifying from your QuickStart, you can either join one of our exciting classes, or continue with 1:1s. If you’ve done Forever Fit before you can get straight back to your classes.

Your class will be 1 hour long and broken down into a 10 minute warm up, 40 minutes of the main exercises and 10 minute cool down. You’ll experience a mix of exercises to work your strength, balance, mobility and cardiovascular health. You will also be guided by a fully trained instructor who will make sure you’re using the right technique and provide you with feedback throughout the class. Small class sizes and a friendly atmosphere makes for the perfect way to keep active.
