What is a Quick Start Pilates Programme

  • A Quick Start Pilates programme is a fantastic way to get started with Pilates. You’ll benefit from two 1:1 sessions and two classes.
  • At your 1:1s you’ll get close guidance and support from one of our experienced Pilates Instructors to ensure you’re using the correct technique and getting the most out of the exercises you do.
  • The next 2 sessions are in a class environment (with a maximum of 6 per class), where you can enjoy the sociable and dynamic environment of a class.
  • After your Quick Start you can continue with 1:1 sessions or join a small group Pilates class.

What does a typical Pilates Class include?

Your class will be 1 hour long and broken down into a 10 minute warm up, 40 minutes of the main exercises and 10 minute cool down. You’ll experience a mix of exercises to work your strength, flexibility and stability, and be guided by a fully trained Pilates instructor who will make sure you’re using the right technique and provide you with feedback throughout the class. Small class sizes, relaxing music and a friendly atmosphere makes for the perfect way to keep active.

Who is Pilates suitable for?

Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and abilities with classes available for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels. If you’re looking to improve your strength and fitness, or want a class that helps you feel reinvigorated and refreshed, then Pilates is perfect for you.

Why should I choose your Pilates classes over others?

  • Your class will always be led by a fully trained Pilates instructor, who in most cases will also be a Physio
  • Your class will have no more than 8 participants in our Devizes studio and 10 in Frome. This means you get personal attention, guidance and feedback from your instructor throughout the class.
  • You’ll have a flexible booking option that allows you the freedom to move between classes and work around busy schedules and holidays
  • Classes stay open over holiday periods, so you’ll be able to attend your class all year round

What do I need to wear to my class? – Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. You will need to take off your shoes during the class. Bring a small water bottle and a towel with you as well.

Do you offer other Pilates classes? – Yes. We offer 1:1 Pilates where you can get personal guidance and attention. We also offer HIT Pilates which is a high-intensity cardiovascular class.
