It’s a Pilates class that’s done entirely on a piece of equipment called a Reformer, where you’ll work through an exercise programme to increase your core strength & flexibility, improve your posture and help you build resistance to injury.
You’ll perform a mix of resistance training and Pilates that will exercise your entire body with a focus on strengthening your core. With only 6 people in a class you’ll get hands-on guidance by a fully trained instructor who will make sure you’re using the right technique and getting the most out of your class.
Reformer Pilates Classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities wanting to improve their strength, flexibility, posture and overall conditioning. It is also very beneficial for managing back pain.
