It’s a form of rehabilitation done entirely on a piece of equipment called a Reformer. You’ll work through an exercise programme developed specifically to address your injury and help you achieve your goals. As a result you’ll move with greater confidence, build resistance to injury and be able to get back to doing the things you love.
During your 60 minute class you’ll work through your exercise programme using resistance training and Pilates movements to build your strength and control for your specific area of injury. With just 3 participants, your instructor will always be on hand to make sure you’re using the right technique in a safe and controlled manner.
