This popular class is designed to improve your your flexibility, posture and core strength. It’s an exercise class performed largely on the floor and focuses on working your muscles in a controlled and safe manner. Pilates  also focuses on the mind-body connection. Throughout the class, you will be continuously aware of your breathing and the way your body is moving, making it the perfect opportunity to for some quality ‘you’ time.

There are multiple classes running 5 days per week.

Done Pilates at Hatt’s before?

If you’ve done Pilates before simply email enquiries to ask them to sign you up for the LIVE classes. The cost of these classes are £49 for each 4 week period and you can do as many of the classes as you like.

New to Hatt’s?

If you are new to Hatt’s we would like you to do a 1:1 remote session via Zoom with Marilyn so she can learn about your goals and teach you the fundamentals of Pilates before you join the LIVE classes.  This remote 1:1 Pilates session with Marilyn is £49. Once you have done your 1:1 you can then join our private LIVE group sessions for £49 for each 4 week period.

S&C

You have 3 class types to choose from. They are all included in the S&C Live class package.

Bodyweight Strength Class

This class will challenge your strength levels in different ways to ensure you maintain a level of strength that enables you to stay active and injury free.
You will use your bodyweight in a range of exercises, utilising different planes of movement to ensure you stay strong no matter how much weight you have used in the gym. It will work the whole body and maintain any strength levels you currently have by applying a range of training formats and modalities to ensure you get a great workout.

Movement & Mobility Class

Specifically designed to ensure you get daily movement that will benefit your body and make it feel great no matter how much inactivity you have had during the day. You will work through full ranges of movement and ensure you target all those restricted movements that build up during your time at work or at home. There will be different approaches to achieve this such as simple mobility exercises, self-myofascial release and stretching such as static, dynamic and muscle energy techniques.

Metabolic Conditioning Class

A workout to raise the pulse of the most frequent exercisers. This class will use strength and conditioning based exercises structured in a way that you will raise the heart rate and breathing and get an energy burn you will feel for the rest of the day! A great energy and mood booster you will want to come back for again and again.

Forever Fit

This is a class specifically designed for the over 60’s population.

The session focuses on mobility for the spine, hips and shoulders and strength work looking at the core, hips and shoulders integrated into everyday functional movements to give you the confidence to move around and carry out your daily life as you wish.

There are classes running 5 days per week.

If you’ve done Forever Fit at Hatt’s before simply email enquiries to ask them to sign you up for the LIVE classes. The cost of these classes are £49 for each 4 week period and you can do as many of the classes as you like.
