Hi, my name is Julia. I am a Patient Services lead and joined the team in 2014 with no predetermined idea about my journey ahead. At that point, I was looking for a good company to work for and an opportunity to change direction. On reflection it’s certainly fulfilled the objective and so much more!
My Patent Services role has proven to be more rewarding and multifaceted than I ever imagined it to be. To start with I needed support to be able to guide patients and appreciate the depth of the role but before too long I was confident enough with all the layers and more. We have wonderful loyal patients who are always a joy to meet, greet and serve.
Hatt’s has always remained true to its values and mission throughout and so much care and attention is given to one another in order to support and develop every team member throughout their time at Hatt’s. I personally have always been very grateful for the time, energy, and belief I have been shown since I have started. The PS team, as well as the Clinical team, have grown and altered over the years but without fail, everyone is always aligned which is the beauty of the place.
Working for Hatt clinic is not for the faint-hearted – but an absolute must for anyone who has a desire to challenge themselves, develop their skills and discover new ones, work hard and of course, play hard too!
