How to get started

Step 1

Call our Patient Services team on 01380 730473 and choose a 1:1 and class time that works for you

Step 2

Come along to your initial 1:1 where we’ll explore your current level of fitness, and discuss any areas that you’d like to develop further.

You’ll learn the core elements of Pilates including correct breathing technique and posture. You’ll then get started with some of the main Pilates exercises with close support and guidance from your instructor to ensure you’re using the correct technique for the best results.

Step 3

Once you’ve got a firm grasp on the basics, you’ll then join a class environment. In each class, you’ll work through a series of varied exercises to improve your joint stability, core stability and posture.

Step 4

Once you’ve completed your QuickStart, you’ll have the option to become a Hatt Pilates member. This means you’ll get ongoing access to the Pilates portal alongside a fixed studio class time every week. To find out more about our Hatt Pilates Membership options click here.
