Lloyd graduated from Hartpury University in 2016 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Conditioning and Injury Management. He then went traveling around the world before returning to his studies at St Marys University, Twickenham, where he completed an MSc in Sports rehabilitation. During this degree, he gained experience in professional football, gyms, and also injury clinics. He also covered pitchside for an amateur football team. Lloyd’s passion for injury rehabilitation started after he suffered his own injuries while playing rugby.
In his spare time, he likes to keep active by either playing rugby or having a social round of golf. Lloyd’s other passion is scuba diving. This lead to him working in Cyprus as a PADI-qualified rescue diver during his university summer breaks.
Emma graduated from the University of the West of England in 2021, with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation. Her passion for healthcare developed by volunteering at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon within the Physiotherapy department during college. Whilst at university, Emma gained experience completing work as a pitchside first aid responder for local rugby clubs and at Neurokinex where she worked with individuals with complex neurological deficits. Emma also has a keen interest in various winter sports including skiing, snowboarding, and competing in national leagues in Ice Hockey.
In her spare time, Emma loves to bake cakes, travel, and skate on the ice rink as much as she can!
Rob gained his diploma in Sports Therapy in 2007 and has since achieved further diplomas in Advanced Sports massage and Hot Stones massage. He has worked at the clinic since June 2009, enjoys being part of a multi disciplinary team and has progressed to the head of the Massage department.
He has a very keen interest in Myofascial release and has attended numerous courses to develop his skills and knowledge on this subject. Rob is heavily involved in driving the massage team forward and also trains up any new massage recruits.
Rob is married and has two young sons and a daughter who keep him very busy. He has always had a keen interest in sport, previously playing both football and cricket at a competitive level. He currently enjoys cycling and swimming which help him keep fit.
Jon has always had a passion for sport, exercise, and health. Following this passion he graduated with a degree in Sport, Health, Exercise and Nutrition in 2014 and then went on to obtain a Level 5 Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage therapy in 2015 from the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM).
As a lover of sport he understands how frustrating an injury can be, which is why he chose to pursue his career in Therapy. Working within an experienced team to get people back to doing what they love suits him perfectly.
Jon and his partner are enjoying living in the first home together whilst planning their wedding. He has always been a keen sportsman and has tried a wide range of different sports. Although, in the end always seems to come back to football.
Issy graduated in 2014 from UWE, Bristol with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. During her time at university she gained experience working with many sports teams.
Since graduating, Issy has continued working with athletes and has supported the Great Britain synchronised swimming team through training and competitions.
Issy has also worked as a carer in a respite care home for children and young people with disabilities, complex medical needs and challenging behaviours which she loved and found very rewarding.
Outside of work, Issy is a synchronised swimmer, competing both nationally and internationally. She enjoys being active and has recently taken up a new hobby – SUPing (stand up paddle boarding)!
Craig graduated in 2015 from the University of Gloucestershire with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy. During his studies, Craig gained experience with Bristol Rugby, Neurokinex and spent two seasons with Hallen F.C.
Once Craig became qualified he worked in his home city Bristol where he worked for Back2Action. Here Craig was lucky enough to work with professional athletes and learn valuable rehabilitation skills. Craig has experience rehabilitating various injuries such as ACL reconstructions, spinal cord trauma, SLAP lesion repair, stroke recovery, hip osteoarthritis and more.
The love for injury rehabilitation came from an unfortunate accident that changed his life. Being a patient once he is able to understand the hard times and good times rehab can bring.
In his spare time, Craig finds himself on the touchline, where he is masterminding his football team (Bromley F.C.) to victory. He also loves his music, good food and traveling.
Danny graduated from UWE with a degree in Sports Conditioning. His rugby career took him to London where he discovered Pilates and which led to many years of working at various clinics, studios and sports teams, alongside physiotherapists and medical practitioners to help rehabilitate injuries and optimise movement.
Danny joined our team in April 2017 as a Senior Pilates & Rehab Instructor and we look forward to Danny bringing his knowledge and experience to further the Pilates & Rehab service.
Danny’s main passions have always been food and sport. Now retired from rugby and having left London, he is pursuing golf and is always on the lookout for local restaurant recommendations.
