Mr Gomez discussed in detail the problems I have with walking as a result of arthritic joints. He analysed my movement and we agreed a plan of action. He took scans of my feet and is arranging orthotics which will hopefully improve my mobility. This was all very helpful and has made me feel more confident that I can improve. Many thanks Mr Gomez.

Craig was professional and courteous. He was knowledgable about the anatomy and physiology of my issue, and mindful not to aggravate it during the treatment. I really enjoyed the massage and hot stones, and felt conformable to give feedback and ask questions (which i like to do as I am interested!) I was particularly happy that a natural oil was used for the massage. It was my first manual therapy treatment but I have booked further sessions. Craig is very friendly and respectful, and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Next time I will bring a towel for the massage table, as otherwise it is bare and very chilly on the skin. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, which helps one feel at ease immediately.

My initial gait analysis appointment was really helpful with good advise on the best footwear for daily use as well as some foam pads to sample to see if that helps to ease the pain I have recently been experiencing.

The atmosphere on entering the Hatt Clinic is always welcoming and friendly and any requests or questions are dealt with efficiently. I attend a Pilates session weekly and always find the instructors very professional, with the right balance of humour on occasion. The needs and welfare of individuals are catered for and I have been given assistance with extra equipment as and when needed. I would definitely recommend these sessions to anyone.

Went to see Rob yesterday. He immediately put me at ease, he certainly knows his stuff and my neck/ shoulder feels much improved. Looking forward to my next appointment & confident we will sort this problem out over time.

Very good experience with Daniel, my first time in physio and sports massage. I am feeling the benefits already and Daniel’s advice with regard exercises for my sciatica are manageable and working well.

Melanie was very pleasant , efficient and helpful. She listened closely to what I said my problems were . My feet were washed and dried before she started work . She told me what she was doing at all times and was very gentle. Her tools and equipment were top notch and made her job easier. She cut and sanded my nails , took care of all my hard skin and callouses, and then sorted out all my corns . My feet are wonderful and they haven't felt this good in years ! Thank you Melanie.

Zoe was fantastic and she was very friendly and at the same time very professional. I was impressed in the manner in which she assessed my elbow dislocation and fracture and the treatment I received thereafter.

I started pilates because of pain in my hip that interfered with sleep. I have never enjoyed doing exercises, preferring tennis or walking to keep fit, but feel I have benefitted from my weekly studio class and many online classes. I even quite enjoy doing an exercise class now !!

I love my weekly Pilates class, couldn't now do without it, wish I had started it years ago Danny is a great teacher, always encouraging and perfectly manages to balance hard work with fun and laughter. A fabulous way to improve ones strength, balance, posture and overall fitness !

I joined Marilyn’s Pilates class in October 21, post retirement and as a complete novice. The teaching is excellent - never the same from week to week. All muscle groups get a good work out which is great. The class is fun and Marilyn is always on hand with help and encouragement! My posture and flexibility have definitely improved.
