Following my recent hip replacement op I had 5 physio therapy sessions at HATT which were excellent. My recent visit was for my first rehab session. Lloyd confirmed what the physio had recommended and asked a range of further questions about fitness goals etc. He then introduced 4 new exercises which were demanding but closely monitored by Lloyd.
