Support and training at Hatt Clinic is extensive. You’ll receive a thorough induction before you begin treating patients. From there, your development is supported through regular 1:1s with your manager where you’ll discuss your wellbeing, clinical progression, any development needs and your longer-term career goals.

You’ll have regular peer reviews, coaching sessions with your senior team members aswell as regular in-service training with your team.

Yes, we do provide an external training allowance. This is decided based on your role and development needs. In addition, we provide regular internal training to complement this.

You’ll see a wide spectrum of patients, from young children through to older adults. And you’ll treat a variety of foot conditions, ranging from basic to more complex cases. This may include corns and calluses, verrucas, fungal nails, nail surgery and general foot care.

We see a wide range of foot conditions and patient presentations, which gives you great exposure across different areas of podiatry. If you have a particular area you’re passionate about, such as nail surgery, gait analysis or diabetic foot care, and there’s the patient demand to support it, we’d absolutely support you in developing that.

We try to keep your hours as consistent as possible. There may be circumstances where you may need to adapt your hours but this will be discussed with you and with plenty of notice.

We usually aim for you to work across two of the clinic locations, but, depending on your role and the patient demand, you may be required to work across all three.

Yes, we contribute up to 3% and we encourage you where possible to contribute also.

Annual leave at Hatt’s is generous because we appreciate how hard everyone works and how important rest and recuperation is. You will receive 6.5 weeks of annual leave (including bank holidays) which increases to 7.5 weeks the longer you are with the company.

There is free parking available within a 5-minute walk to our Frome and Devizes clinics. There is a pay and display car park right outside our Marlborough clinic and free parking around a 15-minute walk away from the clinic.

This depends on your role. If you are required to wear branded uniform, we will provide it. Otherwise, we ask you that you dress in line with the company dress code.

It depends on your role within the company. As a health and movement clinic, we need to be able to offer availability before and after work and sometimes at weekend to accommodate the needs of our patients. We recognise that you have personal commitments, and we always take these into consideration as much as we can when putting your diary hours together.
