Testimonial

I’ve been going to rehab classes twice a week. I feel so encouraged, the therapists always give positive feedback. I am noticing fantastic improvement and I never thought I would be feeling this physically strong at my age after many challenges.

FAQs

No you don’t. You can book straight into an initial 1:1 with your rehab therapist.

Absolutely not! Strength training for older adults is incredibly important for helping you maintain strength, control, balance and ultimately independence in the years to come. The benefit of our Rehab classes is that we can create a programme that works for you, taking into consideration your age, your activity levels and your goals.

Of course! If you’d prefer 1:1 sessions instead of classes, we can certainly accommodate this.

Not necessarily. Some Rehab exercises involve weights and other’s don’t. Your personalised programme will be based on your current ability and designed to suit your individual needs. If weights are a part of your programme, we will provide you with the support and guidance that you need to lift weight safely and confidently.
