Rehab is suitable for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their body.
This may include people recovering from injury or pain, those returning to exercise after a break, or anyone who feels unsure about exercising safely on their own. Rehab is tailored to you and your starting point, whatever that may be.
Not necessarily.
Our rehab clinicians are trained to assess and guide you safely, so you can book directly into a 1:1 rehab session without seeing a physiotherapist first.
If you are experiencing significant pain, a recent injury, or have a more complex clinical history, we recommend a physiotherapy assessment first to ensure you receive the most appropriate care. If you’re unsure how to start, our team can help guide you to the right appointment.
Physiotherapy focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating pain or injury.
Rehab focuses on guided exercise to help you rebuild strength, movement, and confidence in your body — either once pain is settled or when the goal is to feel stronger and more capable long term rather than to treat a specific injury.
Many people move between physiotherapy and rehab as part of a joined-up approach to their recovery or ongoing wellbeing.
Rehab sessions focus on guided, structured exercise tailored to you and your goals.
You’ll be supported by a clinician who ensures exercises are appropriate, well-paced, and performed safely. Sessions may focus on strength, mobility, balance, or confidence with movement, depending on what you need.
Rehab can be delivered on a 1:1 basis or in small group sessions once appropriate. Everyone starts with individual guidance, so your programme is right for you from the outset.
Not necessarily.
Rehab programmes are tailored to the individual and may include bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, light weights, or other forms of controlled loading where appropriate. Nothing is introduced unless it’s suitable for you and your stage of recovery.
Yes, absolutely.
If you prefer a more private or individual approach, 1:1 rehab sessions are available. This allows you to work at your own pace in a setting where you feel comfortable and supported.
There’s no age limit for rehab.
In fact, rehab is often one of the most effective ways to improve strength, balance, and confidence as you get older. Sessions are tailored to your body and your starting point, helping you move more freely, feel stronger, and stay active for longer.
