About the role

You’ll be the warm, professional first point of contact for our patients, in person, by phone and by e-mail. You’ll be the person who helps them feel genuinely cared for.

You’ll:

  • Build rapport and meaningful relationships with our patients
  • Confidently handle bookings, payments and enquiries
  • Help maintain the clinic’s smooth day-to-day running
  • Keep clinic environments clean, welcoming and professional
  • Be a key part of a supportive, high-performing team

Working hours & locations

You will work two evening shifts per week (which finish at 20:30) and the rest of your shifts will be typical business hours. We plan shifts well in advance to support your work-life balance and we don’t open on weekends.

You’ll predominantly be working across our Devizes & Marlborough clinics. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 2 + years experience in a front-facing customer service role.
  • Are confident, organised and calm under pressure.
  • Love helping people and take pride in creating great experiences.
  • Are a strong team player who communicates clearly and kindly.
  • Are open to feedback and coaching as part of your growth.
  • Have a full UK driving license.
