What it’s like to be a patient at Hatt Clinic

My recent visit was for an initial Strength and Movement 1:1 with Danny. He clearly communicated what the session was about, discussed my current strength with me, and took me through how the classes worked. He then took me through some of the exercises I will be doing; again he was very clear in explaining these to me and supporting me through doing them with adjustments where necessary. We have set some goals and I look forward to starting the classes.

I:I with Oliver before I begin the Strength and Movement classes was very good. He listened to what I had to say and then put me through a variety of exercises to see how strong I was through various parts of my body. He was always encouraging and I did not find it too difficult. I was surprised when I left that even then I felt stronger and more more balanced, so I am looking forward to doing weekly exercises with others and keeping up as much of my own exercise as I can at home. I have high hopes that at the end of the 10 week sessions I shall feel much stronger and more balanced.
