The role of Strength & Conditioning coach and Pilates instructor is commonly a dual role within our Pilates and Strength & Movement team.

To be a Strength & Conditioning coach and Pilates instructor at Hatt Clinic, you’ll need to be passionate about your profession, open to learning and creative in helping people be consistent with maintaining an active lifestyle.

You’ll need to be a team player and use all the specialists around you to get the right support for your patient, at the right time.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £26k – 39k, depending on your experience. A generous holiday allowance, starting at 6.5 weeks and including bank holidays. Plus benefits including training, career progression and discounted services.
