Working at Hatt's means constantly learning and innovating, which is great for me as it's what I love most about being in the Podiatry profession. My appointment was with Ebot to discuss my possible BPPV. I found him welcoming, informative, patient and able to adjust my recent lower back recurrence. He has kindly emailed exercises for me to do at home.

I have a very painful back with muscle spasms. Having had a knee op some years ago now having developed flat feet it’s all compounded. It was a great relief to discover I can in time be walking properly again. Everything was explained extremely well. The physical therapy seems to be beneficial, it was very painful last night, I do however have more movement today. More treatment tomorrow. I’m feeling a lot more positive.

My initial physio consultation with Ebot was very positive. He was able to cover all the areas relating to my issue effectively in terms of the initial evaluation We were clearly able to identify my goals in terms of what I wanted to achieve in both the short and medium/long term The initial examination clearly helped Ebot identify the specific areas which need working on. The treatment given was done with full explanations of what was being done and why it was being done We discussed exercise load and it's management to ensure that I did sufficient but not doing too much. I received my initial exercise email within 30 minutes of completing the appointment and this has allowed me to start the recovery programme quickly My follow up is already booked to allow me to take the recovery programme forward effectively

Excellent work with Jonathan Cole, identifying the problem areas and beginning to ease them out. Looking forward to getting in deeper to right knee and left lower back.
