I arrived with very stiff shoulders and upper back along with pain in my hips. Olivia was amazing, she found all those 'spots' that were causing my pain and discomfort and worked on them. It is now the next day and I am feeling so much easier. Thanks Olivia, you're AMAZING !!

My first visit and it was very good. Cleminta was friendly, polite and professional about the toenail removal and care. Receptionists were polite and friendly too. Rooms are fresh and clean. Overall a good experience.

Initial physio appointment for a bad back that has been on and off for many years (treated and operated on previously). Very good session - Ebot took time to listen, then diagnosed the issue and explained it well. Good treatment via manipulation / stretching and ultrasound, with exercises to do at home too. Very satisfied with the experience!

Yesterday was my first visit to Hatt’s in Frome. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxed. The receptionists were extremely welcoming and friendly. My consultation with Jill Hobbs exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next session.

My first Podiatry appoointment with Clementina Fraser in Marlborough was excellent. I had neglected my feet for some time, due to hospital appointments and operations etc. Clemantine was very expert and the treatment was painless, relaxing and helpful. I was given foot cream and a nail file to keep my feet in better condition before my next booked in appointment. t was a lovely treat to be given a warm foot bath before the treatment.

Tom explained the excersices very well and ensured my understanding and agreement of the planned rehab classes.

I’ve been suffering with pain in my knee, Eboc was brilliant. I got a diagnosis within 10 minutes and the rest of the session was super helpful too, discussing exercises to do and more. I haven’t been to Hatt before but would definitely recommend anyone to go. The staff are friendly, I had a great experience considering my situation. I have my next appointment already booked!

Lorna on reception was extremely friendly and welcoming and Olivia was very professional and gave me confidence to start my rehab journey she was very friendly and easy to talk to and I can see I will enjoy the classes with her.

Great first appointment. Melanie was excellent both in terms of treatment and advice. The whole process with Hatt's was first class.

Olivia was very clear and positive about the benefits rehab sessions would bring with regular perseverance. I am not usually keen on doing exercises for their own sake but she has managed to fire up my determination to try and persevere! The exercises she has sent me on line are very clear and I like the personal timer and allowance for feed back. It all helps me to keep focused!

Josh had my full history to hand and following recent update, he asked me to do some exercise he set and then did hot stone and massage. Area certainly feels easier today. Few aches from treatment as discussed. Fully professional throughout.
