I attended a physiotherapy session with Ebot at the Devizes clinic. I was extremely happy with the treatment I received and the highly professional yet pleasant and affable demeanour of Ebot. If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5 I would!

I was fortunate to benefit from a late cancellation with Jill to discuss a recent hip dislocation whilst abroad which was very painful and traumatic. Jill took the time to understand and discuss not only the physical impact of the dislocation, but also the emotional impact and increased anxiety that I now have of potential future dislocations and fear of certain movements. Jill has already put together an intial rehab programme to ease me in gently to increased movement and strenghthening exercises. I was extremely grateful to have benefited from Jill's knowledge, expertise and also compassion and patience.

Daniel could not be faulted and his initial treatment is already paying welcome dividend. Have already booked further appointments

Manual therapy by Maisie - I felt that was really beneficial, definitely loosened tight muscles. Good explanation of what was happening and why.

Initial assessment for fungal nail infection. Melanie was very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable, clearly outlining the best treatment options based on my medical history. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very good too.

Had an introduction session with Craig Nurse, who took all my details and assessed the situation regarding my knee. He is hopeful that with a few more sessions he will be able to get it moving better so fingers crossed. Pleasant, welcoming staff.

I saw Tom Lawson for my initial rehab appointment. He was very helpful, very professional and did a good job of showing me the exercises he recommended for me to do at home. He put me at my ease and frequently asked me how the exercises were for me, if I had any pain. I would thoroughly recommend him and the staff at Hatt. They are very friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable.

This was my first visit to Mel who I found to be very professional but also put me at ease. She diagnosed the issue and suggested a course of treatment and advised me re my footwear. It was all very efficient and the clinic is very modern and super clean. I am coming back for treatment and confident that I am in a safe pair of hands
