This was my first visit and everything about it was really good, right from the first phone call to enquire about booking to my first appointment (with Craig Nurse who was brilliant). I was slightly trepidatious as I’d had such a good relationship with my long term physio back in Kent and when I moved here I thought I’d never find a practice as good. Thankfully I was wrong! Hatts are excellent!

I saw a physio, Issy Anderson, regarding my shoulders. One was an old injury and the other was general wear and tear. I had a really great experience. Issy made me feel at ease. She asked me questions in some detail about my problems and then gave me a thorough examination as well as some exercises, which I've been doing regularly since I saw her. I feel very confident that Issy and the rest of the team at Hatt will be able to help me going forward. They are very professional in their approach and very helpful. Issy seems very knowledgeable and I feel for the first time since I had the initial injury that I will be able to make some real progress.

Olivia was able to answer all my questions when assessing me, and to demonstrate the different techniques when I was unsure - showing a lot of patience!

I had a session with Harry to ascertain my level prior to re-starting in the Strength and Movement class after an enforced break of several months. We ascertained I had lost a lot of fitness but, as usual, I thoroughly enjoyed attempting various exercises. I’m looking forward to getting fitter again.

I had an appointment with Olivia to be assessed for rehab following a broken arm. Olivia was very helpful and informative and gave me a range of exercises to follow at home. I have now completed 6 sessions of rehab and have really noticed a difference in movement and strength. Some of the classes were with Josh and Tom who were also extremely helpful. Olivia has advised a further 6 sessions would be good for me and when I return from my holiday it's extremely likely I will book another couse. My overall experience with Hatts has been excellent and of course this includes Jill Hobbs who has not only kept me out of pain and improved my mobility but has restored my confidence after a nasty fall. Unfortunately my treatment at Salisbury hospital was dire and I was very nervous to undertake anything that might cause more pain but I needn't have worried as everyone who has looked after me has been outstanding.

This was my first visit, on entering it looked very smart, receptionist was vey nice and informative. My session with Izzy was really good she talked me through every part of her examination. Very pleased with my first session.

Very good. Danny took the time to explain the process, aims and goals and also to test what I could and could not do to set challenging goals.

I saw Zoe about an issue I have with my left foot. I found Zoe very professional and helpful with diagnosis. I have been given exercises which I can do at home and feel better I made the decision to attend your clinic.

I was worried about pain at back of my leg. Daniel carried out a detailed examination and concluded it was coming from my sciatic nerve. He has given me some exercises to do.

I’ve been walking badly for a while and the root cause was identified immediately I’m pleased to say. The scanning to get my bespoke orthotics was so quick and impressive and looking forward to walking without limping !

I had seen Ebott about a recent ankle injury and he was excellent at diagnosing and treating it. But I am blown away with how he worked yesterday to significantly calm down a back injury which reoccurs ever since a riding accident in 1982. I have seen so many practitioners over the years but none made a difference until my journey with Hatt and Ebott was beyond incredible at easing my pain and providing further achievable exercises. Can't wait for my next appointment.
