Had a really productive session with Jill, who understood my individual needs, both previous and current and after some physio, took me through some exercises to make sure I was doing them properly - a must for me as I tend to go away and do them incorrectly. This was followed up with online instructions of what we covered - brilliant!

First visit with Daniel and in fact, to the Hatt Clinic. Full assessment, I felt as though Daniel listened to me. He managed to understand my sometimes vague and non technical description of symptoms. He examined me, did some treatment and gave me some exercises. Daniel talked me through them to make sure I understood. They were then emailed to me. At no point did I feel rushed. I am looking forward to working with Daniel to alleviate my symptoms. The Hatt Clinic was impressive, very clean and modern.

Melanie was fantastic in my initial consultation, she made me feel confident that my problem will be gone after upcoming treatment sessions and it was easy to book in for those. Other staff I met were also friendly and I was made to feel welcome.

Overall: Good After a clear and concise analysis of the problem with my knee I received both a diagnosis and a plan for how to overcome the issue. Explanations of the injury were clear and understandable. Throughout it felt as though the physio and I were working as a team setting clear goals to solve the issue. The follow-up videos and explanations of the exercise plan were extremely useful and provided clarity as well as a timed programme for the necessary work. The atmosphere in the clinic was extremely friendly from arrival onwards and put me at my ease.

Zoe took me through an initial consultation and assessment. Very friendly, professional and non- judgemental. I say this as I ought to have come in a long time ago! Pragmatic and balanced advice with a realistic plan moving forward. I left feeling reassured and excited to engage in the plan we agreed on.

Josh is very simpatico and went through all the exercise programme clearly and precisely. I started off feeling rather apprehensive but left with confidence to go onto the rehab course.

I booked my first visit to Hatt Clinic yesterday 30th April. I suffer with a long term back problem, which is now affecting knees & feet. When I made the appointment the receptionist couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, and an appointment was made to see Jose Gomez, the senior Podiatrist. Jose was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, giving me lots of tips on how best to look after my feet. The treatment began and I must say it was an incredibly experience. 90% of my pain was taken away and I feel so much more comfortable when walking and standing. I am visiting again in a few weeks time for a follow up appointment, and will take the opportunity to look at all the other services that Hatt has to offer, and get these creaking bones and joints back in to some sort of order. Rehab appointment with Josh. Detailed and focused session on the rehab exercises for my recovery. Done in a very relaxed but structured manner covering all the exercises to manage my recovery. Josh is an experienced rehab specialist and the session was excellent.

I had an assessment with Tom Lawson at the Devizes clinic yesterday. He was very thorough and professional. I am now going to attend 5 sessions with Tom at the Frome clinic.
