Other FAQs

Is the cost of my treatment covered by medical insurance? Yes. We are recognised by all major health insurance companies who will cover Physiotherapy treatment. Depending on your individual policy you may have an excess to pay.

Do I need a GP referral to have treatment with a Physio or Sports Therapist? No, however if you have private medical insurance then we do recommend that you contact your insurer prior to calling us as they may require a medical referral (by a GP or Consultant) before they will authorise your treatment.

What do I need to wear? It is advisable to wear loose comfortable clothing as you may be asked to remove some of your clothing during your assessment. We do provide shorts for you to change into, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

How long will my appointments be? Your first appointment will last up to 45 minutes, and every subsequent appointment will last up to 30 minutes.
