Urgent appointment for acute thoracic pain Erbot was very professional. Explained potential reasons for problem. How to deal with it. Gave massage and ultrasound,very helpful. Was insistent I continued with Dr's appointment I had after.....just as well as to top it all I have a chest infection. Follow up due next week with MSK issues.

Wow I was really out of my comfort zone entering Hatts, but the beautiful and caring receptionist soon put me at ease. Physiotherapy was lovely - talked through my health issues, my injury, hands- on treatment before giving me a diagnosis of the injury I had sustained . Then a little hands on treatment before offering me some exercises to do at home . Great physiotherapist who was passionate about his job and I felt like I mattered . Overall a wonderful experience - looking forward to my next treatment .

Craig listened carefully to my progress and adapted the rehab plan accordingly. All exercises were demonstrated clearly, taught, and my form was checked. I have a clear path for the next month in my injury recovery.

I came to see Craig after my recent shoulder surgery. He gives you a warm welcome and an extremely good assessment of your condition. He guides you through exercises with care and professionalism. The encouragement and praise given is very rewarding. This also follows through at home as he sends you a bespoke exercise plan. I came two years ago when I had the same surgery on my other shoulder and Craig supported me through regular rehab sessions. I now travel to the Frome clinic especially to have Craig as I have every faith that the support will see me through this difficult time.
