This was my first visit to your clinic in Marlborough. I came to see the podiatrist and I met Marcia. What a competent and lovely individual. I came to you in some considerable pain and I left in relief and comfort - a human being again. Thank you Marcia. I look forward to my next visit in May. Your receptionist (I'm sorry your name escapes me now) was absolutely first class. She represents what customer service is all about. As a company you need to hang on to her. In a couple of weeks I will meet Ebot - he has a lot to live up to!!! Thank you HATT Health.

The reception staff are always welcoming and informative. I saw Daniel for a gait analysis following hip pain. The assessment was thorough and looked at a full range of issues that might be causing problems. I was given a programme of exercises for strengthening the area and a follow up series of sessions was discussed. I felt that the assessment and diagnosis was helpful and should address the problem.

I felt elated after my session with Craig. Not only was he professional but he made me feel in safe hands and that the exercises would really help me. The exercises were gentle but I could feel they were hitting the mark. The young woman with him was friendly and smiled encouragement . I am looking forward to the following sessions and feeling optimistic about what they will do for me.

Appointment with Daniel to assess and recommend course of action for ongoing calf muscle issue. Daniel carried out an in depth assessment , flagging up a few wider issues, and forwarded exercises to be performed and 'next session' focus.

I have only visited you once to see Craig but the first impression I got was a very good standard. Excellent time keeping and thoroughly explained my condition and treatment to repair and strengthen my injury. The receptionist was very helpful arranging appointments to suit my work and very professional. I would definitely recommend your services.

Both my mother and I have had initial podiatry appointments with Mel. What a great experience. It has taken me some time to convince my mum to have an appointment . After the initial appointment she’s not only made follow up appointments but wishes she did it sooner. For myself as a dog walker I felt I should start to take care of my feet . My feet feel great Mel was reassuring, friendly and professional throughout with both mum and myself giving us both great advice and care advice.

Having first had a course of physiotherapy and acupuncture with Craig to focus on reducing the initial shoulder pain and appropriate exercises, this week I had a 1:1 session prior to starting re-hab classes. The whole the process has been explained very clearly and new exercises demonstrated for me to continue at home and supervised to ensure I was doing them correctly. I also then tried exercises that might well be included in the re-hab classes. Having experienced NHS and another private physiotherapist in the past, I cannot praise the Hatt Clinic highly enough. The staff are 100% professional and focused on initial management of pain and then an individual recovery plan. I was sent a link to the specific exercises for me, which include images, clear instructions and video demonstration. Thank you so much for your help.

I had a diagnostic visit with Harpreet, who seemed calm, authoritative and keen to help. She clearly explained some exercises and sounded positive of being able to deal with the problem.

I had an initial rehab session with Lani yesterday and felt that it covered everything I was expecting from the session. Lani was very thorough, professional and supportive and I came away feeling much more positive about my trajectory to recovery. I now feel very motivated for the rehab classes but also feel that I am in safe hands when it comes to improving my mobility and strength. Really great. Thank you.

Started a little late but I was very impressed with all the advice and thorough review of my case that I received. I learned a great deal and Dan was most helpful in answering all of my questions and coming up with a very detailed exercise program to assist me. I look forward to making progress and improving my ankle strengthening as time moves on thanks to his advice.

A first appointment with Dan to assess neck and shoulder pain. A really smooth experience. I like the process of outlining what's going to happen and what to expect. I also like the follow-up with the programme being emailed to me directly. Friendly and personable service, even if there is the small issue of supporting Man Utd. ;-) Will certainly come to you first for treatment in the future, although, obviously, I hope that it doesn't happen too often.
