I:I with Oliver before I begin the Strength and Movement classes was very good. He listened to what I had to say and then put me through a variety of exercises to see how strong I was through various parts of my body. He was always encouraging and I did not find it too difficult.
I was surprised when I left that even then I felt stronger and more more balanced, so I am looking forward to doing weekly exercises with others and keeping up as much of my own exercise as I can at home. I have high hopes that at the end of the 10 week sessions I shall feel much stronger and more balanced.
