This was my first manual therapy appointment following a series of rehabilitation sessions for an arm and shoulder problem. Josh checked my understanding of the process and whether I was comfortable with the treatment both before and during the session. There was a noticeable improvement in movement/pain levels after the treatment. Altogether a helpful and well run session.

Came to visit Tom, was a little down on visiting as thought I wasn't making progress after shoulder up in Feb, but after chatting with Tom I could see I was making more progress than I thought , and I came out after session feeling more positive about the way forward, very pleasant chap, easy to talk to and also listen too,
