My recent visit was for an initial Strength and Movement 1:1 with Danny.
He clearly communicated what the session was about, discussed my current strength with me, and took me through how the classes worked.
He then took me through some of the exercises I will be doing; again he was very clear in explaining these to me and supporting me through doing them with adjustments where necessary.
We have set some goals and I look forward to starting the classes.
