Yes. Many of our current team members work across both manual therapy and rehabilitation, allowing them to combine their skills and experience across both services.

This will depend on the qualification you already have. If you’re a sports therapist or a rehab therapist, you wouldn’t need any additional formal training, but you would get internal and external training to support and skills gaps.

If you have a massage qualification and want to do rehabilitation then additional qualifications would be required.

Yes. We’re committed to the continued development of our team and the quality of care we provide. We hold regular in-service training sessions and service development meetings, giving the team opportunities to share knowledge, develop clinical skills, discuss patient cases and continually improve the way we work.

Our aim is to ensure we’re always developing as clinicians and delivering the highest possible standard of care to our patients.

We see a range of people across all of our clinics, from paediatric care right through to people in their 90s. Different ages and different conditions, from sports injuries and post-surgery to people with general mobility and soft tissue concerns.

We usually aim for you to work across two of the clinic locations, but, depending on your role and the patient demand, you may be required to work across all three.

We try to keep your hours as consistent as possible. There may be circumstances where you may need to adapt your hours but this will be discussed with you and with plenty of notice.

Yes, we contribute up to 3% and we encourage you where possible to contribute also.

Annual leave at Hatt’s is generous because we appreciate how hard everyone works and how important rest and recuperation is. You will receive 6.5 weeks of annual leave (including bank holidays) which increases to 7.5 weeks the longer you are with the company.

There is free parking available within a 5-minute walk to our Frome and Devizes clinics. There is a pay and display car park right outside our Marlborough clinic and free parking around a 15-minute walk away from the clinic.

This depends on your role. If you are required to wear branded uniform, we will provide it. Otherwise, we ask you that you dress in line with the company dress code.

It depends on your role within the company. As a health and movement clinic, we need to be able to offer availability before and after work and sometimes at weekend to accommodate the needs of our patients. We recognise that you have personal commitments, and we always take these into consideration as much as we can when putting your diary hours together.
