What will you be doing as a Strength & Movement Instructor at Hatt’s?  

You’ll deliver both group and 1:1 sessions in our Strength & Movement and Pilates services.

Your goal is to help our patients move better, build confidence and improve function through tailored training plans.

  • Leading small-group classes and individual sessions focused on strength, mobility and technique.
  • Coaching patients recovering from injury or looking to improve performance.
  • Designing progressive programs and tracking patient progress.
  • Supporting our Physiotherapists and other clinicians with patient referrals into exercise programs.
  • Contributing to team meetings, service development and continuous improvement.

Your induction will cover our systems, model and class frameworks so you can quickly deliver sessions with confidence and consistency.

We would like someone who:

  • Holds a degree in Exercise Science, Strength & Conditioning or similar (or a Level 3 Personal Training qualification)
  • Has experience delivering group and 1:1 training sessions with a focus on technique and injury prevention
  • Confident coaching people of all ages and abilities
  • Thrives in a team environment and enjoys collaborating with Physios and other clinicians.
  • Open to training in (or already experienced with) Pilates instruction
  • Has a growth mindset and welcomes feedback to continuously improve.
