I had a podiatry appointment with Clementina yesterday and was extremely impressed. She was welcoming, highly professional, and exceptionally thorough in both her assessment and diagnosis. She clearly explained the treatment options and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which immediately put me at ease. Coming from a medical background, I can confidently say the standard of care I received was excellent. I have every confidence in continuing my treatment here and would highly recommend Clementina and the team for their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency.

Following on from lumber spine rehab, wanted to learn some new strengthening / resistance exercises to further build my core stability. Oliver was very friendly and helpful and after an initial chat we went through a series of new exercises, most of which I can perform at home without any special equipment. Very worthwhile, will be doing two more sessions to help the new exercises become more familiar.

I visited to discuss a way forward after back surgery. I wanted to know if Pilates was for me. Danny had reviewed my history with Hatt’s and had a handover from Ebot so he was aware of my situation which I was impressed with and came away with a satisfactory conclusion . I would just like to add the service I have received from both Danny and Ebot had been excellent, thank you!

First Podiatry appointment with Clementina and the service was excellent. Everything was explained to me during the appointment. I felt at ease and treatment was very gentle and relaxing. I was given advice on creams to use at home. Treatment room very clean and comfortable. Look forward to next appointment. Thank you.

Iona was brilliant, diagnosed the problem and gave me some exercises to do. She was very thorough and explained everything very well.

I came to Melanie as I had been told I had a corn on my foot. She treated me and now the corn is gone. Advice she gave about softening my feet was useful.

Nice greeting from reception staff on arrival. Dyanne, was very thorough with the initial examination, explaining the diagnosis and detailing the treatment plan, that would be required going forward. I found the whole experience pleasant and relaxed.

I was so nervous meeting another team member, but Nick soon put me at ease . His clear instructions were great but I benefitted more by watching him demonstrate what the exercises were and than let me try . Looking forward to Rehab classes with Nick .
