You’ll be invited to join a Zoom interview where we will get to know you, your career aspirations, and what you are looking for in your next career move. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about Hatt’s and the role you are applying for.

If you are successful at your Zoom interview you will be invited to an in-person interview where you will get to meet other members of the team and complete an occupation profile.

Your full application with then be reviewed and if successful, you will receive a job offer to join our AWESOME team!

Starting with a structured induction plan, you’ll progress step-by-step until you’re fully equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to start treating our patients.

You’ll develop an understanding of all of the services we offer and be an important part of our multidisciplinary team, learning how to make recommendations and refer patients to our other services when required.

You will enjoy a varied caseload that includes general foot care, verruca, and fungal nail treatments.

You’ll be given regular feedback, performance reviews, and training opportunities. In return, you’ll be sharing your knowledge with your team, learning from other health professionals supporting their growth in return, and seeking ways for us to improve our Podiatry service continually.

Finally, let’s not forget that you will also be attending a social event or two (or three..), which will help you build relationships and have fun.

What will I achieve in my first 12 months? You will start with a structured 12 week induction plan, designed to ease you in and equip you with the skills you need to be effective in the role.

You’ll be taught how to deliver our gold standard service, ensuring our patients are always at the forefront of your decision making. In addition, you’ll learn how to use our Private Practice Software to manage diaries and appointments, how to take payments and how to manage customer accounts.

In this role, you will have the autonomy and independence to make decisions and find solutions and you’ll have a real influence over the standard of service we deliver. You’ll be trusted to carry out your job to the best of your abilities and given plenty of support, training and development to ensure you have the skills you need to do that.

As you progress through your induction plan and your confidence in the role grows, you may decide to get involved in additional projects, or absorb new responsibilities based on your strengths and interests. If you have the motivation and drive to develop, we will provide the support and opportunity to help you get to where you want to be.
