One of the many benefits of being part of a multi-disciplinary team is the ability to offer your patients a gold standard level of care with other professionals that you have confidence and trust in.

You will be working alongside a team of experienced Physio and Sports Therapists, Rehab Therapists, Massage & Manual Therapists, Podiatrists, and Exercise Instructors to optimise your patients’ recovery, and get them feeling better than ever before using our three-step model.

Hatt Clinics & Facilities

As a team member at Hatt’s, you may work in either 2 or 3 of our clinics (situated in Devizes and Marlborough in Wiltshire and Frome in Somerset).

  • All of our clinics have excellent facilities and are maintained to a very high standard with immaculate treatment rooms that are modern and well equipped. Plus a dedicated rehab and studio with all the kit.
  • We pride ourselves on using the most advanced technologies and treatment methods to help us deliver a gold standard level of care.
  • Whether you’re working in Marlborough, Devizes or Frome, you’ll have our fabulous Patient Services team on hand to assist you and your patients throughout the day.
  • You’ll also benefit from working with a great team of other musculoskeletal professionals who are all on hand to help you with a second opinion or just general team interaction and collaboration.
  • All three clinics are situated within walking distance of town making them ideally located for a bite of lunch or a drink with your colleagues after work. The Frome and Devizes clinics are both located right next to the river and canal - a great spot for a stroll to help you re-set and re-energise at lunchtime.

Will I be required to work evening and weekends?

Sometimes. As a health and movement clinic, we need to be able to offer availability before and after work as well as weekends to suit the needs of our patients. However, you will not be required to work every Saturday. We usually split the Saturday clinics up amongst your team, so you’re likely to work one every now and again. Likewise, you won’t be required to work too many early mornings or evenings throughout the week. We recognise that you have personal commitments, and we always take these into consideration as much as we can when putting your diary hours together.

Will you provide me with a uniform?

This depends on your role. If you are required to wear branded uniform, we will supply you with this. Otherwise, you are free to wear your own clothes, so long as they fit in with our company dress code.

Is there parking outside the clinics?

There is free parking available within a 5-minute walk to our Frome and Devizes clinics. The is a pay and display car park right outside our Marlborough clinic and free parking around a 15-minute walk away from the clinic.

How much annual leave is available?

All team members are entitled to 6.5 weeks of annual leave (including bank holidays) which increases to 7.5 weeks with length of service.

Would you contribute towards my pension?

Yes, we contribute up to 3%.

Are my working hours likely to change?

We try to keep your hours as fixed as possible. From time to time, during busy periods, we may ask you to do overtime which you can claim back at a later point. Likewise, if we have a new recruit or we make a major change to a service, this may impact the diary and there will be a slight re-jig. However, you will be made aware of this within plenty of time and we will take your commitments into consideration.
