FAQs

Will I be required to work evening and weekends?

Sometimes. As a health and movement clinic, we need to be able to offer availability before and after work as well as weekends to suit the needs of our patients. However, you will not be required to work every Saturday. We usually split the Saturday clinics up amongst your team, so you’re likely to work one every now and again. Likewise, you won’t be required to work too many early mornings or evenings throughout the week. We recognise that you have personal commitments, and we always take these into consideration as much as we can when putting your diary hours together.

Will you provide me with a uniform?

This depends on your role. If you are required to wear branded uniform, we will supply you with this. Otherwise, you are free to wear your own clothes, so long as they fit in with our company dress code.

Is there parking outside the clinics?

There is free parking available within a 5-minute walk to our Frome and Devizes clinics. The is a pay and display car park right outside our Marlborough clinic and free parking around a 15-minute walk away from the clinic.

How much annual leave is available?

All team members are entitled to 6.5 weeks of annual leave (including bank holidays) which increases to 7.5 weeks with length of service.

Would you contribute towards my pension?

Yes, we contribute up to 3%.

Are my working hours likely to change?

We try to keep your hours as fixed as possible. From time to time, during busy periods, we may ask you to do overtime which you can claim back at a later point. Likewise, if we have a new recruit or we make a major change to a service, this may impact the diary and there will be a slight re-jig. However, you will be made aware of this within plenty of time and we will take your commitments into consideration.
