Your role in the Head Office team at Hatt's

Our Head Office team consists of Accounts, Marketing, and Management. Your role and responsibilities will vary depending on which position you are applying for but they will all be centred around helping the business thrive.

Your role will be based in an office that is opposite the Devizes clinic but there are plenty of opportunities to visit and work in the clinics regularly so you get to see more of your colleagues.

What will I achieve in my first 12 months?

Starting with a structured induction plan, you’ll progress step by step until you’re fully equipped with the tools and knowledge you need to start leading the marketing department.You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the services we offer at Hatt’s to help you get started on creating and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

You’ll have a varied workload that includes:

  • Strategy
  • Budgeting
  • Reporting and data analytics
  • Website Management (with the support of an external web company)
  • Social Media managemenT
  • Copywriting
  • Graphic Design
  • Email Marketing management
  • Event management
  • Managing advertising campaigns

Finally, let’s not forget that you will also be attending a social event or two (or three..) which will help you build relationships and have fun.

  • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in marketing
  • Advanced copywriting skills and great attention to detail
  • To welcome and encourage feedback and coaching in order to develop your skills

  • The energy and drive to help us deliver our mission – to keep people moving and active
  • A passion for all things Marketing and a desire to be challenged to be the best you can be

As part of the head office team, your working hours tend to be from 8.30am until 5pm but there is an option to work flexible hours and also to work remotely for some of your week depending on your role.

Yes, we contribute up to 3% and we encourage you where possible to contribute also.

Annual leave at Hatt’s is generous because we appreciate how hard everyone works and how important rest and recuperation is. You will receive 6.5 weeks of annual leave (including bank holidays) which increases to 7.5 weeks the longer you are with the company.

There is free parking available within a 5-minute walk to our Frome and Devizes clinics. The is a pay and display car park right outside our Marlborough clinic and free parking around a short walk away from the clinic.
