Had my 1st sports massage at Hatts 3 days ago and the difference it has made to my legs, especially my leg speed for running has been amazing! I could feel the difference as soon as I left & walked home and have ran 3 PBs in the 3 days since my sports massage! I had my massage with Rob and he was brilliant; he spotted an issue with a calf muscle being tight and I have really noticed the difference in the last 3 days. I’ve had sports massages at other places before, and they have always concentrated on the typical deep massage technique, whereas Rob did the opposite, and the difference was noticeable. I have already booked my next 2 sports massages and will be looking to have them regularly! The good thing re Hatts is that they know you, your injuries etc and so the treatment is tailored to your needs – its not just about ticking off a treatment. I would highly recommend them!

I had my first manual therapy session. I was really impressed with Josh as he explained what he would do which exceeded my expectations. A true professional, he certainly eased my back and neck pain issue.
