About manual therapy

Manual therapy works by manipulating and stretching the muscle to loosen any tightness and stimulate blood flow. It primarily uses hands-on techniques, but can also include IASTM (Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation), cupping and hot stone massage.
