STRENGTH AND MOVEMENT
Are you looking to improve your body strength and movement?
Our strength and movement training classes will give you the physical training, guidance, and motivation you need to help you get there.
Maybe you want to build muscle and increase your body strength. Maybe you want to be more flexible and move more freely. Maybe you need some expert guidance on how to do your workout safely and effectively.
Or maybe you have a more specific goal, like improving your golf swing, running a marathon or keeping yourself fit and healthy.
Whatever your goals, our strength and movement specialists will advise you on how to achieve them and which exercises are right for you.

Strength & Movement is a guided, strength-based programme designed to help you move well, build strength, and feel more confident in your body.
It focuses on improving how your body works as a whole, rather than isolated exercises or high-intensity workouts, supporting long-term health and resilience.
Strength & Movement is suitable for a wide range of people, including those who want to get stronger, improve balance and mobility, or support long-term health.
It’s particularly suited to people who want a structured, coached approach to strength training, rather than exercising independently without guidance.
You can expect a personalised and progressive approach to strength training, guided by an experienced instructor.
Strength & Movement can be delivered one-to-one or in small groups of up to four people. Even in group sessions, each person follows their own tailored programme, allowing you to work at your own pace and towards your own goals, while still benefiting from a supportive and social environment.
Strength & Movement can be very beneficial for people with a history of pain or injury, when approached appropriately.
If you have current pain, previous injuries or specific concerns, we recommend speaking with our team before booking so we can guide you to the most suitable starting point.
Strength & Movement often complements physiotherapy, rehab physiotherapy or Pilates by building strength and resilience once movement is established.
Our team can help you decide how these services work together to best support your goals and long-term progress.
