A very professional and personable approach from Craig. He spoke with Oliver to understand how and where the pain was. Craig performed tests, explaining what he was doing and why throughout. He confirmed the issues with Oliver’s feet and demonstrated stretches to support and improve his current condition, even showing him visual images on the iPad of why the soles of his feet are causing him pain

As always, reception was very polite, efficient but low key. Josh was prompt in meeting me. Immediately made me feel at ease. We then went through the normal question, setting objectives and goals. From this a series of exercises tailored to my requirements were discussed. (Josh had previously discussed my case with Jill the physiotherapist who had referred me to rehab). Exercises were well explained and demonstrated. I was very happy with the session.

I have been having trouble with my knee and know from experience if I went to the GP straight away I’d only get recommended for physio which would take ages. So I asked for consultation and was given one with Ebot from South Africa, he was very good, polite and professional and got to the root cause in a methodical manner with succinct questions and a bit of gentle exercise and manoeuvring of limbs.
