Your Role as a Physio or Sports Therapist at Hatt’s

As a Physio or Sports Therapist, you’ll be responsible for meeting our patients health and wellbeing needs.  Our mission is to help our patients move better for longer and live a pain free life, and the majority of our patients journey starts with a visit to our Physio and Sports Therapy Team.

Your job is to identify what the patient needs, create and manage a bespoke treatment plan for them and utilise all of the expertise within the company to give them a gold standard level of care and the best possible outcome.

What will you achieve in your first 12 months? Starting with a structured induction plan, you’ll progress step-by-step until you’re fully equipped with the tools and knowledge you need to start treating our patients.

You’ll develop an understanding of all of the services we offer and be an important part of our multidisciplinary team, learning how to make recommendations and refer patients to our other services when required.
You will be offering the very highest level of service to our patients, through the delivery of musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.

You’ll be given regular feedback, performance reviews and training opportunities. In return, you’ll be sharing your knowledge with your team, learning from other health professionals and supporting their growth in return and seeking ways for us to continually improve our service.
Finally, let’s not forget that you will also be attending a social event or two (or three..) which will help you build relationships and have fun.

FAQs

We try to keep your hours as consistent as possible. There may be circumstances where you may need to adapt your hours but this will be discussed with you and with plenty of notice.

Yes, we contribute up to 3% and we encourage you where possible to contribute also.

Annual leave at Hatt’s is generous because we appreciate how hard everyone works and how important rest and recuperation is. You will receive 6.5 weeks of annual leave (including bank holidays) which increases to 7.5 weeks the longer you are with the company.

There is free parking available within a 5-minute walk to our Frome and Devizes clinics. The is a pay and display car park right outside our Marlborough clinic and free parking around a short walk away from the clinic.

This depends on your role. If you are required to wear branded uniform, we will provide it. Otherwise, we ask you that you dress in line with the company dress code.

It depends on your role within the company. As a health and movement clinic, we need to be able to offer availability before and after work and sometimes at weekend to accommodate the needs of our patients. We recognise that you have personal commitments, and we always take these into consideration as much as we can when putting your diary hours together.
